I am Amy, the founder of Pilates with Purpose. A level 3 mat Pilates instructor with pre and post natal qualifications I offer Pilates classes tailored to suit your needs.

Why Pilates?
The physical and psychological benefits of Pilates are something I have a passion to share.
As a fitness enthusiast, I started Pilates with Purpose as a result of having more time to practise myself (during lockdown) and reaping the benefits it had on my running and cycling as a result.
I trained with Future Fit to gain my level 3 mat qualification in September 2022. Since then I have completed CPD courses in pre and post natal Pilates, Pilates for orthopaedic conditions and Pilates with small equipment.
Over the last year I have taught a range of clients, supporting them with their fitness, strength and mobility. I have worked with clients both pre and post natal and those recovering from injuries or joint replacements.
Pilates with Purpose offers a 1:1 bespoke service to all our clients as well as group mat classes, corporate classes and private events. Based in south west London, Pilates with Purpose also offers summer evening sessions ‘Pilates in the Park’ where all abilities are welcome to join.
At Pilates with Purpose, I am passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates. Building strength, mobility and flexibility in order to support each individual.
