I’m a complete beginner when it comes to exercise. Will this work for me?

Yes! In fact, it’s a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you’ll spend time learning the fundamentals of Pilates and strengthening core muscle groups. 

Do I need to be flexible to do Pilates?

No, and what a brilliant way to start and have a focus on improving! An important goal for us is that you’re comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home, I can come and teach you there and we’ll set up a plan specifically for you.

What kind of results can I expect?

It all depends on you! We’ll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
