Attracting your employees into the office can be hard, post lockdown. Why not entice them in with a weekly Pilates class in the office. Available for all abilities, morning, lunch or afternoon sessions.
Pilates in the Park
A great way to intro into Pilates. During the summer months I offer weekly Pilates in the Park sessions in SW London. Informal, affordable and a great way to meet like minded people. Dogs are welcome too!
